The Story Behind Premium Cleaning Services LLC
Premium Cleaning Services LLC was officially registered in 2020, beginning with residential cleaning services on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis. Thanks to referrals from satisfied clients, the business began to grow steadily.
In that same year, we secured our first commercial contract with French Brothers providing post-construction cleaning services. Unfortunately, they finish they work here in Hobbs.
In 2022 We began working with Legacy Safety and Consulting and Stuard Homes, active to this day.
In 2023 We also began working with other companies such Coastal Chemical, Lea County Roadside, Martha Thomas from Casas Oasis Realtor, and Bull dog Tool —a partnership that remains active to this day
In 2024, our business continued to grow significantly. We obtained additional contracts with companies including DXP Enterprises, Safety and Environmental, Enterprise, National Oilwell Varco, Taurex Drill Bits, NAVE Oil and Gas LLC, Diamondback Disposal and Services, and Rental Xpress.
We have also completed one-time deep cleaning projects for commercial clients such as the Blake’s Lotaburger building, the new Light House Church building for St. Helena Catholic Church, Amazon Building and an annual deep clean for Double J Veterinary Services. Additionally, we provide cleaning services for several Airbnb properties.
In 2025, we continued expanding, securing contracts with NEXUS Real State, RIVAS Real Estate, Oasis Gin in Seminole, and Marie Construction.
In 2026, we have maintained our services with the companies I have mentioned above as well as started our services with GCI Contractors Inc. The Christian Center, Art Center, Summit Electric and Permian Equiment Rentals.
Our Workers take an annual certificate, renewing information, training to always improve our way of cleaning and give better customer service.
